Asset Coordinator

My client is an established Civil Construction Company with offices and centres in multiple states across Australia. Due to rapid business growth, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join their team based in Hazelmere as an Asset Coordinator.

The Role
This role would see you coordinating all equipment hire processes for an existing client base. The main tasks are including (although not limited to):
  • Manage asset tracking systems and registers.
  • Organising purchase orders.
  • Assist with regular stocktake of assets.
  • Maintain database records and general administrative duties.
Essential Requirements:
  • 2 + years’ experience within a similar role (Hire Industry experience advantageous)
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing your own time and prioritising tasks in accord to demands
  • Effective communication skills (English – written, verbal, interpersonal) to work with various internal and external stakeholders across Australia
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, word and outlook)
Location: Hazelmere, Perth (WA)
Contract: Three months Casual, then Permanent Full-Time 
Days/Hour of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5 pm
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (ranging between $65k - $75k)
Start: Immediate Commencement (preferred)
