Branch Administrator

Our client is a leading heavy equipment contractor predominately servicing the mining sector. This company has been operating for over 25 years and has branches all over Australia. Due to an increase in workload, they are now seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator to join their team.
 
The Role
 
This position will see you assisting with all administrative duties including data entry, answering client queries, assisting with payroll, mobilisation and other ad hoc duties such as assisting with airport transfers.
 
Requirements 
  • Minimum of 3 years of Administrative experience, ideally within a similar position.
  • Certificate III in Business (ideal).
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Adaptability to new environments with the flexibility to perform ad hoc tasks.
  • Current Drivers Licence (Essential).
  • Police Clearance or willing to obtain one.
  • Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test (required for role).

Details
 
Location: Karratha (Residential Only – No FIFO)  
Rate of Pay: $32/hr + Super   
Roster: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8.30 AM – 2 PM.  
Contract: Ongoing Permanent 
 
This position will be commencing ASAP and we will be interviewing immediately.
