Our Process

  1. You can apply for any of our live jobs here, or you can register for future jobs here.
  2. Once we have your details, a Pearl representative will be in contact with you to discuss suitability for current and future work, together with all the details on current and future jobs.
  3. We require copies of your qualifications, tickets and 2 contactable references, and you will need to complete our registration form. This is usually completed in person.
  4. We will offer you work opportunities via telephone or email that match your preferences.
  5. We will arrange interviews with employers.
  6. If a contract position, we will issue you with an Employment Agreement, together with Work Schedule for the position which you are due to undertake.
