Contracts Administrator

Our client is a mid-sized Engineering consultancy servicing the resources sector. They are currently seeking a versatile Contracts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

The company has around 25 technical staff, and an Admin / Accounts department of two. There is a handover period in place, and at times working autonomously.

Duties will include (however, not limited to):
  • Producing project reports for Managers.
  • Assisting with End of month invoicing, mainly focused on billable hours/time billing.
  • Contracts - following up with suppliers on Pre-qualification documentation, insurances and general filing. 
  • Event and social functions planning.
  • All other general administration tasks.
Experience required:
  • 3 years’ experience within an office-based contract role.
  • Experience with time billing would be highly advantageous.
  • Engineering, Architecture of similar background preferred.
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Adaptability to new environments with the ability to work autonomously.
Above all, you will be keen to perform a varied role and will do your best to learn new procedures quickly. 

Position Details:
Location: Leederville (public transport access or paid parking)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5 PM.
Rate of Pay: negotiable (around $75k + Super)
Commencement: Immediate preferred
