Contracts Administrator

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete products to the heavy industrial and building sectors. By way of a number of huge project wins, they are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to work closely with Management.


Duties will include (however, not limited to):
  • Producing project reports for Managers.
  • Contracts - following up with suppliers on Pre-qualification documentation, insurances and general filing. 
  • Reviewing of commercial terms and responding to clients request for information and supporting documents 
  • Advising of Contract Variations
  • All other general administration tasks.
Experience required:
  • 3 years’ experience within an office-based contract role.
  • Experience with time billing would be highly advantageous.
  • Manufacturing, Construction or similar background preferred, although all backgrounds to be considered
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Adaptability to new environments with the ability to work autonomously.
Above all, you will be keen to perform a varied role and will do your best to learn new procedures quickly. 

Position Details:
Location: SOR (public transport access or paid parking)
Detail: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7.30 AM – 4 PM. (WFH Flexibility)
Salary: Negotiable on experience 
Commencement: Immediate preferred
